Well, you are not wrong if you choose that path, you will be wrong if you drink cold water in the snow or drink warm water in the middle of the desert. Really silly isn't it. Until now there has been no strong research that cold water can make you gain weight or make you fail your diet, maybe when we imagine when we have eaten fatty foods, then immediately we drink ice water the fat becomes permanently hard and sticky in your stomach. Yes again you are not mistaken for that. What is more precise is that you eat too much fat which makes you fat, then why do you blame ice water, yes ice water does make you fat, if you mix ice water with sugar water, sweetened condensed milk, syrup and beer. Now are you starting to understand or?
 
Human needs to drink water for each individual are different, at least we have to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Drink it when you wake up and when the body feels tired, plain water can be used as the first step so that the body feels refreshed. And drink water to avoid dehydration, besides that, water makes your skin feel fresh.
