Hello blogger friends! Welcome to the blog "The Way Diet". A blog that contains my experiences in the world of dieting. Initially I had a very thin posture, I started learning to diet in 2015 and managed to make my ideal body weight within 6 months. Gaining or losing weight is in principle the same, which must be able to calculate daily calorie needs. Adjusting to activities, adjusting to a meal schedule and optimizing recovery by sleeping 6-8 hours a day.

For me, there is nothing to do with heredity that causes obesity or a thin body, all sources come from habits that are repeated over and over again, so don't ever give up what you are fighting for. Diet is a dedication and obligation every day.
